HI All

After months of preparation the countdown has begun...any tips on keeping DS de-stressed. I understand some amount of anxiety is natural and gets adrenalin going, but how do you keep him calm in the run up to the exam?

Thanks

I think it's important that your DS should see that you're calm. If you're nervous too, it's difficult not to stay stressed.
He needs to know it's not going to be the 'end of the world' if he doesn't pass. Have a talk with him about it.

Try to spend summer with funny things too, take it easy with the preparation. IMO, staying relatively calm and relaxed during the exam is just as important as the little adrenalin.

Others will have ideas too, I'm sure.
