Yes Davids Dad it would be!! Looks like Birmingham have decided not to take up the recommendation in the new Admissions code to advise parents of the results before submission of the CAF.It was only a recommendation not a"you must do",perhaps if pressure was applied and the LA were told how many other authorities are giving this info out then they may reconsider for next year???

My son sat the exam on Saturday 3rd November and he came out (along with many others) saying the Maths exam was really hard) results on Saturday 17th November!

My son sits one on 5th December (Walsall LEA) and one on 7th January (Telford LEA) and we won't know until the allocation letter in March!!
