One a scale of one to ten, how difficult do you think the Newstead tests are.

DD sat Newstead 2 years ago. She came out saying it was easy........ and didn't get in (even though she was supposedly a "dead cert")! She passed Bexley though. I know of a girl who didn't pass Bexley but did pass NW. And yet another who was a top 180 Bexley scorer, 420 in Kent, but didn't pass NW. So who knows?! Like all the tests, it's how they do on the day.

Is your DD sitting NW in September?

The newstead test is all about speed.You can be good at VR and NVR, but unless you can go through the paper like a steam engine so that every question gets answered......some girls do fall down because they are not quite quick enough.
My tip practice and practice and build up speed...GOOD LUCK!!
