 Post subject: NFER vs CEM

DD1 did the old style NFER paper whilst DD2 done the CEM test his year. (Both passed)
Seems to me that the CEM test is a lot fairer than the old NFER.

Was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this one.

About 25% of DC at DD's primary passed which is about the same as last year. Success rate under the old system was much lower. If this trend is similar at other primary schools in Bexley then it will be interesting to see if this effects the catchment areas.
