Hi ,
My son was in "possible" category of saint olave result.
He is in waiting list at present. I called school but they did not
Share any details regarding his position on waitin list.
and asked to wait for a month and did not tell
Any date as suchwhen i should connect with them again.

Based on past experience, does anybody know
By when i can expect further communication from school?
Also , what are the chances of getting an offer for the
Kids who were put in possible category
Thkx in advance.

Hi, I have no personal knowledge of St Olaves but I was on this site a lot this time last year, when waiting for the school allocations. On 7th April 2014 someone posted that St Olaves were phoning and offering to "possibly" but I don't know how that compares to other years or this one.

Hi luvingdad,

If I remember well from our last year's memories then you could get the final call for "Possible" selection. I believe the waiting list went down quite a bit for St. Olaves last year (resulting in final selection of "Possible" cases) as well as for other Grammar schools and so could be true this year as well.

All the best!

P.S. I have not seen much action from St.Olave's parents this year on this forum which is quite different from what it was last year...not sure why!

It all depends on luck i.e. where you are ranked and how many "likely" students pull out.

Many Thanks parent2013. I am just keeping my fingers crossed. I called school to to know the rank of my DS but they did not share the information , saying that they are not allowed to do so.
