Registering to sit the St Olaves Test

I am having brain freeze this morning. I can't seem to see how you register to sit the Stage 1 test if you live outside of the Bromley Borough. Also there seems to be an additional SIF form. Does the school send this?

Aaah - got it! Looks like there is a technical error re; completing the online SIF so will wait a couple of days (and hope I don't forget!).
