Feeling nervous as the beginning of October arrives shortly, but at the same time just want to get the results, deal with them and move on. How is everyone bearing up?

Yep, it's a drag. Then, it doesn't end there as there is the long wait until March and possibly the waiting list until September!

Can't deal with anything beyond 14th October at the moment! So many parents at our school saying their children found the exam easy (ds didn't find it that easy). I think the pass mark is likely to rise this year as people are more familiar with the gem format. Do you think the Top 180 may be over the 260 mark? Has it ever been that high? Hoping it won't be.

Who knows. Children are so inaccurate when it comes to this exam. My son was convinced he failed it 3 years ago and didn't.

Just watching the results roll in from other regions this afternoon. Next Thursday seems so far away. Feeling a bit despondent as the Bexley schools havn't gone out as far as we are this year (6.4 miles) and I can't imagine that ds would be in top 180 out of 5500+ kids. Trying to keep my chin up.

D-day is here for Bexley. Do they send emails or do we have to wait for the post tomorrow?

Anyone else waiting anxiously? I can't think of anything else atm and somehow the song 'One day more' (Les Mis) is looping in my head.

Our postman doesn't come until lunchtime, wondering whether I should just go out tmw instead of fretting about at home.
