Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend an on line GCSE Physics tutoring website- if there is such a thing? Failing that a reccomended website that covers AQA Physics, please. Quite desperate now as Physics teacher at school is not very good and have spoken to school about this since Jan and very little has been done to rectify the situation.
Many Thanks

Also go to the AQA website and find the specification, one of many documents here:

http://web.aqa.org.uk/qual/newgcses/sci ... d=03&prev=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

- if you can wade through the 83 page document there is a systematic list of what they are supposed to know for each module. There are also past papers with marking schemes etc

Second the advice to look at the specification- my DD has a fantastic young teacher who tells them to read it every week! Seems to be working for DD so far, touch wood. Also try BBC Bitesize - the resources are board and module specific.

My DD finds the revision guides very useful, and also the course specification. She discovered that the Physics teacher at school was teaching them A level and degree level stuff unnecessarily, which was confusing her (I think he was just a bit over-enthusiatic!). I think she is doing OCR (poor old scary mum gets a bit confused with all the different boards... :oops: )
