GCSE revision books

Post by Middlesexmum »

Dd has asked me to get her some GCSE revision books, she is starting Year 10 in September.

At her school they do iGCSEs for Maths, English and the sciences and normal GCSEs for everything else.

Does anyone have any recommendations what to get? Thanks.

Make sure they are up-to-date!

I'd see what the school recommend - we get bulk discounts and pass that on.

Agree with G55 at ds1's school the school either gave them ones for free or at big discounts. If not contact each dept for recommendations as you need to get the correct specifications.

You need to know what boards she is doing and what specifications. For example you can do Cambridge or Edexcel IGCSE English Lang and Edxecel has Specification A and Specification B DG
