Personal statement for Sixth Form entry

Uh oh dd has to do a short handwritten PS for a sixth form application by Thurs morn - quick what soothing "but of course you must mention your wonderful x" suggestions can mum make!

I would focus on any of her academic passions and her interest in music and any sport, also in what would be her ideal sixth form

Agree - pluspecific examples that demonstrate hard work, perseverance, over coming difficulties, team work and leadership.
Don't just list interests though, give specific examples.
Possibly rather than 'ideal 6th form' would suggest ' what I hope to get out of 6th form'. Include fulfilling academic potential but also maturity, emotional development, independent thinking type areas.
