Summer Internships during Sixth Form

I have starting planning for next summer (2017) for DD1 (who will have finished L6) and would like her to do a summer internship but have found so far that most company programmes are geared more towards university students.
Does anyone know of any good websites or anything?
She doesn't yet know what she wants to study or do later. She is strong in Humanities (really loves History) but is also considering Law for university.

She really ought to be looking for herself ... she could talk to her school as they may well have schemes they recommend.

Most internships are indeed for Uni students but the big four do 1-2 week placements for Y12 students in the summer. If she googles their careers pages she should be able to find them. Student Ladder is also a good place for your DD to look.
