Will a student be eligible for the max. tuition fee if one of their parents works as an expert abroad?
The student however has always been in full time education in the UK.

Info from a random uni:

seems that if you are ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years and this doesn't mean just being at boarding school while your parents live abroad then you are a home student. Having said that - might be better to be an EU student if you can manage it!

Just applying just now - I think you have to be resident in the Uk for the three years preceding the start of the course.

Where one of the parent of the Home student works abroad, and the other resided in the UK, i fail to understand how this affects the Tuition Fee Loan that can be offered.
The main income earner and Taxpayer is resident in the UK, and the Student has always been in full time education in the UK.
Why therefore does the residence of one of the Parent matter? I am confused......

I guess if the main wage earner and taxpayer is resident and ordinarily resident in the UK then there is no problem.
