Yes mine.

She's home now all bouncy and irritatingly won't say how it went. She said she managed to finish on time but didn't get a chance to check through all the paper.

How did everyone's dc do?

Hi All

Funnily enough my DD is all bouncy as well - probably just happy for it to be over. DD thought that the VR was quite easy and thought that the NVR had the same difficulty level as GLA Assessment Pack 2.

DD also finished both papers but didn't get time to check them. Nevermind.

Just have to wait and see now - what will be will be.

Good luck to all.

Hi my sister did the exam today

She said that she thinks they went ok but she feels as if the teacher didn't time the first section on the nvr properly because all the kids kicked up a fuss and no one finished the section in her group whereas people in the other groups did fine?

Is there anyone here who did the exam in south park primary school in k2?

Fingers crossed

My DS said it went well and he managed to finish both papers. He also said that there were 18 questions each on the NVR paper and 90 questions on the VR paper which I was not aware of.

the first section is 9 minutes long and the other three sections are 10 minutes long in the non verbal paper. the kids are not allowed to go back and check once the time is up for that particular question but proceed onto the next. if they have time left when doing that particular section they can go back and check it.

the verbal paper is always out of 90 and is not completed in sections but in one go.

Almost every paper we covered had 60 or less questions in nvr papers, and 85 or less questions in vr papers. I was not told about the extra questions being added. Good thing my DS managed to complete every question.

First thing first...thank GOD ,it's over and also good luck to all dc who took the test.
DD says both(vr /nvr)were comparatively easy but in nvr, in one section, she ran out of time so a little hiccup there.... but otherwise it wasn't extremely difficult but some of her friends who were taking the test with her, didn't manage to complete both tests.
I think, the test couldn't be that easy,of course,....but unless you know what you need to do..... I just hope that all her (and mine  ) hard work pays off.
