How Many registered taking the test so far?

Hi, got this subject title from previous year chats, and thought it would be interesting to know the total of boys/girls going for it this year?

Has it anything to do with the roll numbers? Does anyone know the exact figure for the exam on the 13th September that is.

We've been only guessing that it will be around 1000 candidates.... Or maybe more!

i just drove past the grammar school and guessed today was the entrance exam - there were LOADS of little girls with their parents walking up the road having just sat the exam, all clutching a clear plastic bag with a pencil etc in. Memories of this time last year which i am pleased is over and behind us. good luck to everyone with a dc who is taking the test this year

Thanks for your good wishes kelwaypops, my dd sat woodford county, up until then I still had no exact figures, but read it on another mums post that there were 900+ girls at woodford county and 900+ boys at Ilford county and not forgetting its a shared exam with Chelmsford etc.
