Candidates are ranked in score order, but when it comes to being considered for a place when you actually apply for one, 'in catchment' children are ranked above OOC. LB Redbridge doesn't exactly say that Hades will become the Antarctic before an out of catchment child gets a place in one of their grammar schools, but that is the gist

I have head that last year around 3000 boys and girls took 11 plus test in Redbridge. can someone form last year confirm this? just want to gauge the competition
