Received the email for ICH. No ranking, which is odd (I registered just to post this, been reading the forums for a while).

The only information provided is my son's standardised score (128.05, very high, thankfully), a score of 104 which they would consider 'safe' and a score of 106.97 which is last year's cut-off. Their expected admission score is probably lower than last year's because they have more places now.

Why are they trying so hard to be unhelpful? We need to know the rank or the cut-off point. Are they saying we will have to wait until next May?

DD trying for Woodford.

Standardised score of 107.57 so right on the border, rather unhelpful it doesn't give a rank. Have e-mailed trying to obtain one as that would give more idea. Believe last year last person who got in was at 240 with 106 and that was I think first year of taking 180 but please correct me if someone knows better.

If anyone gets their rank please could you post it, would be helpful to have an idea of whether she's in or not. We are in catchment. It's fine either way, its the uncertainty I don't like but may have to live with that until March! Does anyone know was test changed this year and what is the maximum standardised score. DD was right at start of year so would have been slightly negatively affected by age adjustment. She said she did all but 5 questions, did very little preperation as wanted local comprehensive.

Good luck to everyone.

From what I can see online Woodford expanded to 180 in a September 2016 so last year same number of places. I'm not sure why they've given 104, it seems a bit random as 106 was last person in last year and think population rises each year.

Also believe but could be wrong test changed this year and was easier than previous years but hoping I'm wrong on that. Without a ranking these scores aren't that helpful unless you are way above or way below the 106. Argh I don't want to have to wait until March.

Got an e-mail back from admissions team, apparently this year they will not rank but they have introduced a pass mark of 104.

So that explains the 104 but a ranking would be helpful as obviously I now know she's passed but only just and how many passed. Give us a clue please Redbridge!

If anyone finds out please post here.

Gosh that must be frustrating, can you get them to round up to a whole number. Might be worth double checking anyway with admissions team though sorry if not.

I've just e-mailed them again to ask them if they know how many girls passed. Give us a clue please.
