I would like to find a tutor to help my daughter who is currently in Year 5 with her preparations for the 11+ exams which she will be sitting later this year.

I consider myself a fairly resourceful person, but I have had no luck in finding anyone at all! ( I live in Cheltenham).

I have tried the Internet, yellow pages, talking to other mums ( the subject of tutors is more secretive than anything MI6 is handling), posting local notices and scouring the local paper.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I'll be grateful for any help
Silverflora

Perhaps Fate is telling you to DIY!

Check out what question types you need to cover for Cheltenham, and then use this site for advice.

Good luck

On the subject of tutors, I have the same problem as Silverflora. My daughter is in year 5 looking to sit entrance exams for Wolverhampton Girls High in December and I'm having no luck in finding a tutor to help. Can any one help?.

Thanks

Tutors name removed, as it breaks forum rules on moderating.
