Appeal Panel
Etienne/Patricai/Sally-Anne or anyone else.
What is the chances of walking into your appeal and finding you know one of the appeal panel members. Has it ever happened, and is it then halted and rescheduled with a new panel member?
Just having crazy thoughts now over what can go wriong on the day!!!
Ive never known so many grey hairs to sprout since starting out on this whole 11+ process!
Disappointed mum

Hi DM
A panel member (including the clerk and the LEA rep) must step down from an individual hearing if they know the applicant, and can have no further contact with the case.
There is always a very remote possibility that you might walk in to find that you know a panel member, but they haven't realised they know you. In that case you would need to ask for a new hearing.
