12+ vacancies after alloction?

Any idea of vacancies available after 12+ allocation? in CHS and Burnham grammar school?

Do you mean for this September for late 12+ applicants or next September for 13+?

If you mean 13+, the answer is usually very few places, if any, at either school. As an example, for the current Year 8 Burnham is full, and Chesham High has 8 vacant places (as at January 2009), but that is fairly unusual.

I don't have any exact numbers, but I do of quite a number of children who have not been allocated a 12+ place at all this year, and are going to appeal.

That suggests pretty clearly that all the places across the county are full.
