Allocations

Post by Greta2 »

Have just seen the updated allocations profile by Sally-Anne. I know that there has been pressure on boys GS places South Bucks but what is striking is just how little movement there has been between March and August. I have worked them out in yards (as it makes more sense to my old brain) and came up with the following form the tables given by Sally-Anne:

Dr Challenors - 431 yards
John Hampden – 267 yards
RGS – 97 yards
William Borlase – 42 yards

I wonder whether Bucks will reconsider the % of qualified candidates this year?

On a lighter note…. Good luck to all those starting new schools this week. DS2 is anxious and excited all at the same time. :)
I hope that a few of you have made more progress than me on the name tapes. Two done, about 52 to go!

Permanent Marker on all labels...

Worked wonders for me all through their secondary school years. No sewing and just the expense of the pen.
