New to 11+ - HELP!

Hi

We are moving to England soon and have just found out my daughter will have to sit an 11+ exam soon after we arrive. This system doesn't exist in Scotland, can anyone offer any advice? Should we be revising the topics/tests with her? Found some past papers on Amazon, are they worth buying? Are the grammar schools much better than the comps?
