Relevance / Interpretation of Mock 11+ papers
Hi - any advice please on the following would be extremely appreciated
Mock 11+ papers were sat ( Bucks school) in Autumn term prior to 11+ proper. 63 / 80 in both test papers were obtained.
Questions
1) Do such raw marks equate to pass marks ? and presume theoretically as these are raw, any adjustments for age etc would have increased the pass mark ?
2) What weight does such evidence carry with an appeal panel ?
3) If submitted - what docs should be provided - photocopies of the score sheet ? the score sheets + test booklets etc ?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
C

I don't think these are good enough for 121 - nearer 70 is needed.
The appeal panel wouldn't take any notice of them - the same practice papers are used from year to year. A friend of mine's daughter had 80/80 for both - yet did not get 121 and did not get through appeal.
Focus on academic evidence - NC levels, order of suitability and any entenuating circumstances - anything else is likely to be ignored and will actually dilute your case.
