If I was you I would ring first thing tomorrow if you still don't find letter and ask what to do. At least you will have the morning to sort things out. Good luck!

My DS sits at CRGS in the first sitting so I can't help you with timings. The letter says :

"Dropping off Your Son - If you are coming by car and intending to drop off your son at the school, you are asked to enter the school via the Creffield Road entrance. School Prefects will be on and to escort your son to the registration point, which will be in the School Restaurant. To avoid congestion, please drive away immediately via the Beverley Road exit. There is no parking available on the premises for the duration of the tests.

Collecting Your Son - You may collect your son from outside the main school building at about xxxxpm. Limited parking will be available via the Creffield Road entrance from not more than one hour before the collection time. Prefects will be present to assist you.

During the Tests - During the course of the tests your son will be given comfort breaks. He will be shown the toilets and will be given a drink and biscuit. We will have a number of support staff on site in case of emergencies.

Problems - If on the day your son appears to be ill and unable to come to the school, please contact us immediately by telephone (01206 509100). A secretary will take your call and contact a senior member of staff. In the event of an emergency or problem during the tests you may also call us on the same number.

If you have any concerns which you would like clarified prior to the actual test day, please do not hesitate to contact me at school. May I take this opportunity to thank all our candidates for applying to CRGS and to wish them all the very best of luck.

Yours etc"

Good Luck!

That is the school office number so sure they can tell you the correct time to arrive - & they are always very helpful!
Would call them anyway if you haven't already because from memory I think there is information on the letter that you/your son may need to show to someone on arrival (some kind of registration number).
