Those needing to travel far - concern about extra curricular

Post by KCC »

Maybe a question for those who are already in schools quite far away from home and needing to rely upon coaches back and forth.

One of my big concerns is how do we handle extra curricular activities after school? My wife is at home but she will need to pick up the other 2 kids and I am at work late most days (ie. not back til about 7-8pm.)

Is it a big hassle or manageable? We are in Hornchurch and KEGS is not that close!

You've hit upon an increasing problem KCC. Sport and music have both noticed the numbers unable to take part in after school and weekend activities, as more and more come from inside the M25. The Saturday morning orchestra now has more non-KEGS students than KEGS students!
