226 6
225 10
224 9
223 7
Don't know how many from other first choice schools have jumped ahead, and there may end up being a couple of successful appeals, but if you are high up on the list and get any news, please post.
Hi new to forum but have been following the waiting list info over the past few days - and now completely obsessed! I have spoken to Tiffin today and have been told that they are now offering the first 2 batches on the waiting list i.e. those that scored 227 and 226. My DS in next batch, the waiting is awful..... hope this info helpful to someone.
I didn't think to ask how long they had to accept or decline places or how many now need to decline to take them down to 139 boys so that they offer the 225's, however, the admissions lady did say that she didn't think there wouldn't be news now until after Easter - so another agonising wait.
I was informed that there need to be 6 declines for the 225 level to kick in. Based on previous years there were always more offers made after the first wave. But obviously this year may well be different but hopefully not.
Tiffin Boys have offered 225 today with a deadline for acceptance of 19th April. The waiting is over. Best wishes to anyone still on a waiting list and I hope you get the school you are after.
