CAF and Supplementary Forms

Hello everyone,

Do we have to send the Supplementary Form to the schools in Kent, separately ? I ask because I saw that Dartford Girls has it but Tonbridge doesn't have it. And when are these forms due for submission. Are these same as the SIF and what do they actually mean?

Also when the LA is Bromley, how many schools can we put in our CAF ?

For those who live in Bromley borough you can list 6 schools on your CAF. The policy on supplementary forms varies from school to school. You need to find out from the schools you are putting on your CAF if they need the supplementary forms. Newstead Wood in Orpington does.
