I will ask the Headteacher if he will confirm in writing that I recieved different advice from 2 teachers but I don't hold out much hope that he will agree to it!
I am sure that he will predict high level 5's though and I thank you for your help. Do you know roughly what percentage of appeals succeed?

The provisional figures for Kent, 2004/05, showed a success rate of 47.2% for all maintained secondary school appeals.
