Twins appeal Bucks

Hi I am the mother of twins who are so devastated, as their result arrived yesterday.117 and 118. We are without a question of doubt going to appeal. If you believe that your kids are more than capable, then you should appeal. Please could someone offer me some advice. Feeling so sick and worried.
