Help! Missing Walsh Book 3 answer sheets

I got the Walsh VR papers some time back and was only looking at them today. I found that a few of the answer sheets (not the answers) on Book 3 were missing!! There were blank pages where the options for questions are supposed to be.

So, there were no answer sheets for :Test 9 (page 2); Test 10 (page 1): Test 11 (page 2) and Test 12(page 1).

I don't have the receipts to go back to amazon. I was wondering if anyone can kindly scan these sheets and send them to me? It doesn't matter if they have been marked by your child - I'll just Tipp-ex them out.
