when to stop?

The exam is on Thursday morning (Tiffins). Should I stop giving papers now, giving two 11+ prep free days prior to the big day?

That's what I did. I really don't think extra preparation in the last 48 hours is going to add any value, whereas a bit of rest and relaxation very probably will.
