Vocab builder download from this site - query

Iam not sure whom to address this query directly to ,hence putting it up on the forum.

I had bought the vocabulary builder from this site.Instead of ordering the CD I had downloaded the software directly on my laptop.Now the drive on which I had downloaded it appears to have got corrupted and I cannot access the vocabular builder any more.Please can someone guide me in terms of what to do in such a situation ?

That's great to see that if we have a problem with the downloaded version, we can receive some help!

I was precisely wary of buying this vocabulary builder as I am afraid of having to wipe our hardrive when to many freezes occurs... and lose the data of this activity at the same time...

So we do get the possibility to download it again if the necessity arise?
