Travel to Birmingham Grammars

Just wondered if anyone knows whether there are school buses from Alcester or surrounding areas to any of the Birmingham grammar schools ?

From what I can see the furthest south that the Green Bus goes is from Bromsgrove. Do you know of any other school bus service from around Studley / Alcester / Redditch serving any of the Birmingham grammars ?

then it may be a case of a lift share, or a private taxi arrangement with 2 or 3 other children. Have you determined length of journey from home to the furthest school you would consider? I personally have set a limit of 45mins each way, also consider the amount of homework they will get in senior school.

DS got a scholarship at one school which we will have to reluctantly decline only due to distance. We did consider moving but have only recently moved to our present abode.
