Was the mobility issue known about prior to the entrance test?

Did you inform the school so that they could make reasonable adjustments if required?
I think their argument may be that you should have if you didn't. If you did, did the school do whatever was agreed they would do?

Would the mobility issue have affected his ability to take the test? You would need to provide good evidence of this.

Fairness, we are struggling to guess what you are getting at.

You ask about mobilty - is that an issue ? in what way? how would you be using it in an appeal? Similarly an EP report - why would you want this? have you other academic evidence? have you reason think and EP would bring out some other info?

We can offer advice but it is going to be more constructive if you give us some background
