So has anyone had the letter today?

Just wondering as KCC sent them out yesterday and the family I thought were a sure thing haven't received anything yet...

well, I've just watched the postman sail past our house, so it's not us either

Well I've been told by a friend, who phoned KCC today, that letters were not sent out yesterday, but have gone out in the post tonight.

Oh yikes. No letter so I rang KCC up.
There's hardly been any movement at all - 1 place offered at the school we want (he's currently 7th on their list but he could get bumped down now ). 5 places offered at one of the other schools (where he is 62nd on the list). <tears hair out>

I was expecting more movement to be honest. I know of two friends who can now turn down places at other schools because they have got into a higher choice school so maybe the biggest movement will be in the May 6th shuffle <she says desperately>

well our friends got their place this morning... so it's just us now. The post usually arrives between 1 and 2 or shall I just phone? mmm
