IGCSE English Language and Literature

Just wondering if a school does IGCSE English or Literature do they follow the main curriculum at KS3 or is it different?

There will be no difference at all in the KS 3 curriculum, and none in the KS4, except that the exam syllabus ( distinct from the curriculum) will differ a little, but in very small ways. It is more to do with variations in the syllabus and amount of coursework and modular/non-modular. You will notice no real difference between two children doing each exam.

So would I be right to assume most schools that do IGCSE generally follow main curriculum for KS3?

yes, the curriculum requirements - ie, what your child is deemed to need to have covered - remain the same.
