Slough Grammar School Consortium - Multiple Choice?

Post by faitaccompli »

I know that GL is the company who provides the papers. But they appear to sell verbal and non verbal reasoning multiple choice and also non multiple choice. Are the exams for the Slough schools all multiple choice or do the children need to also write some of the answers as well and fill in word and number grids etc, do code words and that type of thing?

I am out of the area and therefore have no idea what to expect apart from what I have gleaned from here!

Thanks for your help :)

Definitely multiple choice..... checked on the Langley Grammar website tonight, under 11+ admissions and 'frequently asked questions'........

How should I prepare for the test?
 Purchase practice papers from the school or W H Smith. or from the Internet. Each pack costs £10; Make sure you select a multiple choice pack published by GL Assessment.
 Ensure a good night’s sleep before the examination
 Keep calm on the morning of the test - don’t fuss!

Thanks chad - I did look on the site, but was concerned as the GL packs mentioned non multiple choice ones.
