General Knowledge - relevant to the 11+?
Can anyone tell me if learning some General Knowledge is relevant to some aspect of the 11+? Does it appear in comprehension/ English papers/ verbal reasoning?

Even in the VR sections, general knowledge can be helpful i.e. capital cities, rivers, male and female animals, types of tree - etc etc etc.
