nferNelson vs GL Assessment

Hi - I am hoping someone can help me with this...

I have a pack of Letts nferNelson NVR (multiple choice) which includes papers 11a, 11b, 11c & 11d (I am aware that 11a is a nororiously hard paper !). How do these compete difficulty wise with the new GL Assessment papers (multiple choice pack with papers 5-8 in them).

I am not too sure which pack to get DD to do first.

nfer is now GL so the 11a,b,c,d are the GL 1,2,3,4 now & 5,6,7,8 are new papers & are different from the first pack

Thanks for clarifying that for me.

Are 5, 6, 7 and 8 the same level, easier or harder than 1, 2, 3 and 4?

Should I still be leaving 11a (or paper 1 I guess it is now) until the end?

Most people & children think that papers 5-8 are harder than the first pack. Practice on both & try to repeat them 2-3 times before the exams
