As no one seems to have posted news on this, I'd just like to share some great news with you all.

I am thrilled to say that our DS has been offered a place at SGS.This forum has really helped with getting us through the whole process, offering some really great advice, especially as we didn't have a tutor to guide us.

I hope others will join in posting their news...and not feel shy! Good luck to all your DS'

Thanks everyone. We're so proud of our DS!

@mynameisbond, I got the email from SGS at 4pm on Friday with heading SGS Entrance Test Result Breakdown. They say my DS performed extremely well in their entrance test and confirm the offer of a place in Sept 2012. They didn't give the scores on the tests though. Have you received your one?

I also received a letter from Wilson's this morning stating "we share your delight in your son's excellent performance in the tests...." and to contact the admissions team if we want his name to go on their reserve list for September. We put them down as 3rd choice due to the travelling. SGS is just over a mile away from us and my DS absolutely loved it when he went to the Open Day.
