Definitely Refuse and Trash - that came up in one of my DS's papers!!

I have seen refuse in that context on several sample papers.

Double meaning words such as refuse are common in 11 plus tests. They are used as traps, where they are put next to a word with one meaning in one set but they want the other meaning to go with a word in the second set. The child is in the mindset of the first meaning and "forgets" there is another...

A child will then often find a relationship instead of words that mean the same, in the following some children will answer contest and football.

(game contest tennis)
(court dispute football)
