SHSG or SHSB - anyone know of any places recently rejected

Hi there

We were just wondering if anyone had heard (either through the grapevine or had done it themselves) if there had been any more rejections of places offered at SHSG or SHSB?

The Southend Borough Council offices are effectively shut down for a couple of weeks whilst the person in charge of processing rejections is on hols. I believe there is already 1 rejection letter waiting on their desk (courtesy of Kerryandjane1229 !).

Anyone know of any more!?

Can someone who has been offered from the waiting list explain what happens when you are offered a place at a Southend GS please, especially if you are an out of catchment applicant.

How long did it take for you to be offered by Essex CC after you got to know from SBC that your DS has been offered?

How many days were you given to accept the place? Did you have to accept the place or reject it within that period?

Do you have to send the council a reply slip if you are accepting the place? What do you need to do if you are rejecting the place?

To whom did you have to send the reply?
