Tiffins - what now?

Post by yummycool »

After the initial buzz of dc completing the various gs exams and then recieving the results...I find myself not being able to get back up and running to support dc for the second round test at Tiffins. Have not seriously looked at any past papers or questions etc...

I think with the general lack of real information or feedback from the grammar schools, I am feeling slightly negative and morale is definately low. Especially knowing that there will be more applicants in the second sitting for the tests - which inevitablily reduces the children whose parents were careful to apply for the test in the original time set by the school.

Conclusion...much prefer the one shot test - no recall no retest - job done and then simply wait.

I don't suppose anyone else feels the same?

I feel tha same as well. It just feels that we have lost the momentum.
Honestly can't wait for this to be over.
