MATHS & English Lesson Plans
Does anyone have any tips on how to approach maths and english for a child getting ready for entrance exams?
My son goes to a tutors house who are very good with him. They give past papers and then go over corrections and story writing skills
but i do wonder, is that enough? should I do more at home with him?
Normally with the 11+ exams, id use Bond etc but we have primarily focused on mental maths books and past papers....
Any help, tips or suggestions would be welcome!

The more you do the better off you will be - you can do extra work on top of the tutor work.
It's expensive and time is limited with a tutor so you can top it up yourself. Get the basics really strong and do extra work if you feel your child needs it.
