Brentwood School Academic Scholarship

My DS has been called back for an academic scholarship interview at Brentwood School. He's very excited and nervous. It says that he will need to complete an 'information sheet' prior to an inteview with the Heads of Dept for Maths and Engish.

Does anyone have any information on what types of questions are in the sheet and also any guidance about the types of questions the HoD's will as
