Harrow Council and E-admissions

Post by KS10 »

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I had to use the username and password given to me by my previous school to make my online application. I no longer work there and tonight when I tried to log in to E-admissions it said that my username/password weren't recognised. Is it because I no longer work there or is it because it clearly states on the website not to log in until we receive the email?

Has anyone else in Harrow tried to have an early peek?

Looks like it's just me as a friend's login is working. Great!

Do you have an email acknowledgement of your application? That may give you some clues for a login.

I did have - still going through all my emails - and I know my username and password because I made a note of it, but it's just not working. I did have a text but my texts delete themselves automatically so that no longer exists. I had the foresight to note the reference number too so that should help tomorrow. It's just a pain.

Found the emails I sent to the support team way back in September so I think I'll email them now.

Are you sure your friend can log in? The following seems to indicate you won't be able to login until after you've received your allocation email.
http://www.harrow.gov.uk/info/200129/ad ... admissions" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
When will I hear what school I have been offered?
Letters with results will be posted first class to all applicants on Friday 1 March 2013. If you applied online you will be sent an email during the evening of Friday 1st March 2013 with the outcome of your application. You will need to wait until you have received the email before logging onto the E-admissions website. You'll need your username and password which you'll have created when you made your application.

She said she can see her application (no results obviously). I can't even get that far but was able to a few weeks ago.

I have emailed the support team so hopefully I'll hear from them at some point tomorrow.

It's not what you need the night before but I'm sure it will be fine.
