Send original documents or photocopies?

Post by pheasantchick »

I woke up this morning, mentally preparing the final copy of my appeal when I suddenly wondered, what do I send - original reports etc or photocopies? Please help. Sorry for this 11th our query.

A35. When submitting evidence for the appeal, do I send original documents or photocopies?

Unless told otherwise, send a photocopy of each document. (I suggest you take the originals with you to the hearing in case anyone asks to see them.)
Not that I've spent too much time reading up on appeals recently.

Thanks. Unfortunately our super-dooper new wireless printer has just decided to stop working again. Unfortunately, we've just given our old one to father-in-law, so we can't plug that one back in. I feel panic is just beginning to set in.

Appeal now written and posted. I know I've left it to the last minute, but it's now done. Hooray!
