OPEN EVENING - WIRRAL GRAMMAR
Hi,
Just wanted to know if anybody heard the head's speech at Wirral Grammar for Boys this week.
Does anybody know if he said that if you pass you are sure of a place? Or are there more boys who pass than there are places?
Thanks
Scatshouse.

Scatshouse,
There are children coming from as far as Chester and Wallesey.
I don't believe distance is going to come into it again this year.
Distance only comes into the situation if the school is over subscribed. You could live on mars and if you could get your child there everyday on time they would give you a place providing you pass and it’s not over subscribed.
Don't worry about criteria’s to much..
I know it's easier said than done.. I was going through the same thing last year and I wouldn't want to do it all again..
