English f Academic purposes/Chinese culture interview tomorr
Sorry about the heading, insufficient characters!
I have an interview tomorrow to teach Academic Writing to university students in preparation for their degree courses. I believe that they're mainly Chinese (not sure if Hong Kong Chinese or not)
I'm looking for any tips on cultural awareness in general, but specifically for this nationality. Any tips , much appreciated!

Thanks, so relieved as I'd already handed in my notice at my current awful place in a show of confidence or stupidity! 
It's only a month full time over the summer preparing students for their degree courses, but I'm then on the casual list for ongoing hours.
I'm also in The School of Media and have just been offered some casual hours there, covering for a colleague who's doing some work for television.
