Net Cubes

I have come across net cubes questions in NVR some of which are too complicated for my child (who is doing good otherwise in all other areas) to do even without time limit. Can someone please tell me:

1. If these would appear in Olave, Bexley, Kent or Sutton?
2. Is there any other way than cutting paper shapes for 11 types or rubic cube (for example any book or website)?
3. How many questions of this type may come up in Kent?
