Car L plates
Hi, we have a car with plastic bumpers, so the Magnetic L plate won't stick. There is no place to tie an L plate either. Does anyone know where we can get some stick on plates that won't damage the car?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Car L plates
Can't you just put the magnetic one on the actual car rather than the bumper? I think all bumpers are plastic nowadays aren't they?
Re: Car L plates
The back of the car is either glass or plastic - so far it has been tucked under the windscreen wiper.
Re: Car L plates
We put the front one on the lower part of the bonnet. What about using some of the tape you use for painting?
Re: Car L plates
Tie them to the front grill?
You're going to say it doesn't have a front grill now, aren't you?

The front is fine; the back is the problem. I will try the above mentioned site now. Thanks
If not we will have to tape them onto the glass below the window. I've looked at a couple of small cars and they all seem to have the same problem.

Use sticky ones, but make surs you have a bottle of goo gone, which is great to have in the house anyway.

You need to make sure they are fitted flush so the air cannot lift them; bonnets are that shape for a reason.
